Who is responsible
Biruk Endris (bakiwebdev), the Netherlands. Questions or requests: contact@bakiwebdev.com.
Contact form
If you write to me, I store the name, email address, project details and message you send, so I can reply and keep track of the conversation. I keep them as long as needed for that and delete them on request. A salted hash of your IP address is kept for up to an hour to limit spam; the address itself is not stored. Notification emails are sent through Resend.
Analytics
I use PostHog (EU servers) and Vercel Analytics to see which pages and buttons are used, where visitors come from, and how fast the site loads. They work without cookies or local storage, and without building profiles of individual visitors. Session recordings may be used to find usability problems; form fields are masked. I respect the Do Not Track setting of your browser.
Language
If you pick a language, a small cookie remembers that choice. Your country, as reported by the hosting network, may be used once to suggest a language.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by email. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
